This weekend is going to be one for the books. I’m at Killer Nashville with other crime fiction writers as well as those who simply love to read!
I arrived early to take a tour of the publishing plant where my books are printed and to take Bill to the Grand Ole Opry for his birthday! Keith Urban rocked the house, so he is the Boy Toy this month.
During the conference, the first panel I’ll be participating in is: Using Humor in Your Writing and will look at what it takes to be funny on the page. I’ll be joining Ross Cavins, Wendy Sand Eckel, Shirley Garrett, and Robert Mangeot and have a hunch there’ll be lots of laughs at this session!
The second panel I’m scheduled for is: Overcoming Writer’s Block & Other Fears. Kay Kendall, Caroline Fardig, Lisa Malice, Ken Vanderpool, and I will be sharing some methods to work your way out of blockages.
I’ll also be signing Dollar Signs in the book room and attending the luncheon with Janet Evanovich. This month’s wine and book pairing is in her honor. Enjoy!
