Hello Again,
If you’ve been reading the blog or following on Facebook, you know that Bill & I spent a month on a houseboat on the San Francisco Bay. On the way back to Texas, we took a drive through the California Wine Country.
This is a photo-journal of some of the sites Bill and I visited during our Napa & Sonoma Valley Wine Tour.
Vines grew all along the hillsides and roadways.
The Vineyards were welcoming and wine tasting was an educational as well as culinary experience.
Some of the Vineyards had beautiful gardens.
And some had fountains and lovely architecture.
Fall was in the air and everywhere we went was decorated with color.
We ate lots of great food including lunch at the Sunshine Café in downtown Sonoma.
And appetizers at the Vineyards.
Pumpkins, gourds, and squash were everywhere!
Of course, we were happy to get home, sleep in our own bed, see my son Aaron, and catch up with friends and family. Talk to you soon. In the meantime…
